The lounge has a traditional oak beamed ceiling and has comfortable seating for six people for relaxing around the beautiful original fireplace or watching the television. The dining table will accommodate up to six people. It is well furnished and the open fire also doubles as an indoor barbeque. In the lounge you will find a Television with DVD Player, a Radio/CD Player plus a telephone (with free international calls) and WIFI broadband internet connection.

The kitchen is well equipped and gives ample space for preparation and cooking. You will find a Small Oven, a Hob with extractor, a Dishwasher, a Fridge/freezer and a Microwave/Grill. Plus all the usual equipment you will need to cook the great Burgundy produce you will find.

There is a veranda to the rear of the kitchen with patio doors to the paved patio area which has a sun canopy and garden furniture, the garden is enclosed and is mostly laid to lawn with shrubs and a herb garden. The garden and patio are well lit for evening dining and barbeques.

The shower room has a large well lit vanity unit with plenty of space for all of those essential items, a hair dryer is provided. The shower enclosure is large and has plenty of space plus a seat. The washing machine is located in the shower room. There is a separate toilet next to the shower room.

The stairs from the lounge lead to a small landing off which are three good sized bedrooms two with double beds and one with twin beds. All are furnished to make your stay comfortable and have removable insect screens, ideal if you like to have the windows open at night.

The cottage has full gas central heating so no need to worry about any chilly nights and the open wood fire will also keep you very cosy.
